Some of the members of the Gracie Barra Evolution Competition Team prepare for battle at the COPA Grappling Championships. The team did an absolutely fantastic job bringing home countless Gold, Silver and Bronze medals. A notable contribution was BJJ Blue Belt, Michael Miller, submitting a BJJ Black Belt to win the Advanced No Gi Division. Way to go Mike!

Professor Ryan is home from knee surgery. Only 55% of his miniscus was removed with everything else looking good. “I’m going to rest up today and tomorrow, but will be at GB Evolution on Wednesday to train the team. Thanks for everyone’s help!”
