Mike Mosgaard gets his BJJ Blue Belt

Congratulations to Mike Mosgaard for achieving his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt Wednesday night at Gracie Barra Evolution. Mike has been training with Professor Ryan for well over a decade. His original focus was on Kickboxing/Tae Kwon Do where he earned his Black Belt. Now Mike has set his sights on the amazing art of BJJ.

MMA Debut as Champion!

Matt Lindner made his MMA debut on Monday October 3rd at Defiant 7 in Orlando. Matt opened the first round with a strikes setting up a big double leg takedown. Triathalon

4/28/11 - Yen Loyola, one of the students at Evolution Martial Arts, took 2nd place at the Nautica South Beach Olympic Triathlon last weekend. Yen competed in the 225lbs and above division finishing with a time of 2 hours forty seven minutes. Yen was waiving the GB Evolution banner as he had our patch sewn onto his shorts.
